Barry figured if he couldn’t serenade Stephanie in real life, he could at least serenade her for the cameras. :-p


Stephanie is absolutely gorgeous and her hair is flawless! I was almost ready to take that flower home with me.

Barry proposed to Stephanie on their UK vacation. What an awesome way to propose!

Okay so back to the Wilkes family. Can I just say that 6 month olds are becoming some of my favorite subjects to shoot? They are typically so playful and smiley and just plain out cute. Baby Mason was no exception. This little guy was handsome – and fast! The Wilkes family’s home was a perfect place to capture their holiday photos.

Their sofa was perfect for Christmas photos right?

I loved Mason’s “big boy” sweater.

Mom and dad were also fly. Mason loved being with them.


There were cool holiday details all around the house.

We also went to his room to capture him in his environment.

Dad is a big sports fan, so Mason has sports themed everything. We had to get a few shots in one of dad’s favorite onesies. WITH Jordan socks to match of course.

Afterwards we decided to go outdoors to capture a few more. Their sweet dogs were waiting to get in on some of the action.

Reg had some private time w/mom and dad.. while I got to feed the baby!

Nakia and Tega met at work and began their dating journey at a local coffee shop in Atlanta.


Although it took some time for Tega to get in the door, once they were connected it was a match made in heaven.


We loved the energy and playfulness of this couple.

They didn’t have to try too hard to look relaxed in front of the camera.


This is one of my favorite photos of these two and was the result of a happy accident. On the first try Nakia’s eyes were closed when I checked the cam, but I realized I actually liked her w/her eyes closed in this pic. I decided to roll with it and ask Tega to do the same.




Gorgeous eh? Oh and Nakia MADE the earrings she’s wearing! Love my creative/crafty chicas!

This final photo is the result of playing around in Photoshop way too late at night, lol! As weird as it is, I can’t stop staring at it although Reg tells me it creeps him out, LOL.

Nakia & Tega – we wish you guys a stress free engagement period and hope that you have a wonderful life together! There were so many cool pics to choose from in their session, so their slideshow is a must see.

Sophia was a big smiler! Such a happy baby already.


While we were there, we also had the pleasure of getting a few shots of big sister Nina who is growing up to be such an adorable girl.

We also captured a few pics of this growing family in their home. We love shooting in our clients homes and seeing them in their own element.

Here’s an example of newborn storyboards we’ve been doing lately. The first few months of a baby’s life often passes by so soon that you don’t want to forget all of those sweet little details. Perfect for a baby’s room.

Dad drives a motorcycle and wanted to try to get a shot with his helmet.

Afterwards, we headed over to Jacob’s room to capture some of the sweet details there. Love these.
